By downloading, installing, or using the ezbachelor mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
The App is designed to help manage bachelor household tasks, including but not limited to meal management, bazaar (shopping) tracking, and coordinating among members of a household.
To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You can register using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or a traditional email and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the App's developers. The App is protected by copyright and other laws of both the country and foreign countries.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall the developers of ezbachelor be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
